A stylish small can, but the review base and bathroom practicality are weaker than the main picks.
Updated
- Attractive 2 gallon wood-look design, but a small current review base
- Strong feedback from a very small pool of buyers at verification
- No lid, pedal, removable bucket, or plastic wipe-clean advantage for bathroom use
Best For / Not For
Best for

- Buyers who specifically want the Woodrow design
Not for
- A main bathroom trash can
- Shared bathrooms with messy liners or odor concerns
- Buyers who want the safest review-backed pick
Key Details
Why We Skip It
The Woodrow has a more polished look than a basic plastic bin, but this category is about bathroom reliability first. Its review base was far smaller than the simplehuman, mDesign, Cesun, and iDesign picks at verification.
It also lacks the bathroom-specific advantages that matter most: no lid for odor, no pedal for hands-free use, no removable bucket, and no clear plastic wipe-clean advantage.
Where It Still Fits
It can still make sense in a low-traffic powder room, office, or bedroom where the trash is dry and the can is part of the visible decor.
For a daily-use bathroom, the stronger review-backed options are easier to recommend.
Value and Verdict
Skip the Umbra Woodrow as the main bathroom trash can pick.
Choose simplehuman for the safest step can, Cesun for a narrow lidded fit, or mDesign for an open bin with a deeper review base.
