Key Details
What Makes Element IQ Different
Most toaster ovens use a fixed heating element ratio, top and bottom coils run at set power levels. Breville's Element IQ adjusts the power distribution across 6 independent heating elements based on the cooking function selected. For toast, it concentrates power at the top and bottom. For roasting, it manages heat differently to ensure even browning without burning.
The result is cooking evenness that simple toaster ovens cannot achieve. That evenness, plus the 1 cubic foot interior, is why it can stand in for a conventional oven for many everyday tasks.
