Why It Is a Consider
Arlo's data sheet says person, package and vehicle alerts, activity zones, quick replies and 30 days of cloud clips are Arlo Secure features that may need a paid plan after the trial. That puts it on the same footing as Ring and Google, not ahead of them. It also uses 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only, and Arlo says its warranty is valid only when bought from an authorized reseller, so check who is selling it before you buy.
